That’s why Jaq and I have made it our mission to constantly innovate. Across all six of our modules—TribeFIT™, TribeFIT STRONG™, TribeCORE™, TribeLIFE™, TribePUNCH™, and TribeKIDS™—we’ve created 60+ new movements this Season, in Season Five. These aren’t just “add-ons” or quick tweaks. Each movement is carefully designed to:

  • Challenge members in new ways

  • Build on prior skills and progressions

  • Enhance movement quality and athletic performance

  • Prevent plateaus and keep training exciting

When members walk into a TRIBE session, they know one thing for certain—it won’t be the same workout they did last week, or even last season. That sense of anticipation is powerful. It keeps them motivated, engaged, and eager to come back for more.

Fitness professionals often talk about accountability, community, and coaching as the pillars of retention—and while those remain true, variety is the multiplier. When sessions evolve every season, members never get bored. They see progress, avoid burnout, and continue to invest in their journey.
