BECOMING A TRIBE MASTER

When we believe in something so much it is only natural that we want to share it with the world. When anybody asks us why we have chosen to become TRIBE coaches, most of us respond with: “Because we want to help people change their lives! TRIBE quite simply provides the environment where members are a part of something bigger than themselves. All team members receive individual attention – in our team environment – and with that brings a sense of belonging, camaraderie, accountability, results and shared experiences. To us, it’s the perfect combination for incredible outcomes and the result is that it changes lives. It means we are fulfilling our coaching purpose.” With over 500 TRIBE coaches in North America alone and growing… becoming certified to train TRIBE coaches is in hot demand. It requires world class fitness industry leadership skills that exemplify excellence in our own TRIBE Team Training teams and clubs in our region. TRIBE Team Training North America recently ran an application process where they were looking for Master Coaches to be able to do just that. There were numerous applicants and after a rigorous application process, interviews and reference checks – 7 were chosen.

Kelsey Wiebe Miramont Lifestyle Fitness, Colorado; Ron Toperzer, Christie’s Fitness, Vero Beach FLA; Brett Maraist Anytime Fitness New Orleans, LA; Justin Bates, Healthtrax West Springfield, MA; Ryan Pergola, Family Fitness Centres, Tampa FLA; Don Weston, Christies Fitness Vero Beach FLA; and Shelly Ward, Gainesville Health and Fitness, FLA. These TRIBE coaches trained over 3 days in a weekend module, followed up by more than 20 hours of post module training with NA’s Coaching Director Tim Williams. Once this initial training was complete, the beginner Master Coach co-presents modules with existing Master Coaches to solidify their learning. On completion, they can Master Coach and train TRIBE coaches around their region and beyond.
There are now over 20 qualified Master Coaches inspiring coaches world-wide.
TRIBE’s advice to becoming a Master Coach? It’s pretty simple; keep filling your teams and changing lives season after season. Deliver more than one program and reach out to us and show us how TRIBE is changing lives at your club.
